1.1 lb Raw Cubed Chicken Breast
1 cup Flour
2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Pepper
2 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tbsp Onion Powder
1 tsp Paprika
2 tsp Sugar
1/3 cup Egg Whites
3 tbsp Pickle Juice
Oil Spray
2 tbsp Light Mayo
1 tbsp Bbq Sauce

2 tsp Honey

2 tsp Mustard

1/4 tsp Paprika

Cook it step by step

Method

Preheat the air fryer.

In a bowl, mix flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and sugar.

In another bowl, combine egg whites and pickle juice.

Dip chicken pieces in the egg mixture, then coat with the flour mixture.

Spray the air fryer basket with oil and place the nuggets inside.

Cook until golden brown and cooked through.

For the CFA sauce, mix light mayo, bbq sauce, honey, mustard, and paprika.
