What you'll need

Ingredients

1 lb Ground Pork
3 Green Onions
2 cloves Garlic
1 tbsp Ginger Paste
2 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 tsp Sesame Oil
1 tsp Rice Vinegar
½ tsp Black Pepper
½ tsp White Pepper
Dumpling Wrappers
1-2 tbsp Oil

Cook it step by step

Method

Combine ground pork, green onions, garlic, ginger paste, soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, and both peppers in a bowl.

Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.

Drop pork mixture into the pan or roll into meatballs.

Lay a dumpling wrapper on top of each portion and press down.

Cook for 2-3 minutes until bottoms are golden brown.

Add water to the pan, cover, and steam for 5-6 minutes until pork is cooked.

Remove lid and let extra moisture cook off.

Top with gyoza sauce, chili crisp, sesame seeds, and extra green onions.
