4 large Egg
6 oz Leftover Cooked Chicken
2 oz Sliced Cheese
4 oz Shredded Cheese
1 tablespoon Olive Oil
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/4 teaspoon Pepper

Preheat the oven to 350°F.

Grease a baking dish with 1 tablespoon of Olive Oil.

In a mixing bowl, whisk together 4 large Eggs, 1/2 teaspoon of Salt, and 1/4 teaspoon of Pepper until well combined.

Add 6 oz of shredded or diced Leftover Cooked Chicken and 2 oz of Sliced Cheese to the egg mixture and stir to combine.

Pour the mixture into the greased baking dish and top with 4 oz of Shredded Cheese.
