• 1 lb Russet Potatoes
• 2 cloves Garlic
• 4 oz Cream Cheese
• 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
• 1 teaspoon Salt
• 1/2 teaspoon Pepper

   PREP (10 min ahead): Peel and chop Russet Potatoes into chunks. Mince Garlic.
