6 Tortillas
Toothpicks
3.5 oz Mozzarella Cheese
1 tsp Chopped Parsley
0.8 lb Ground Beef
1 Yellow Onion, Finely Chopped
4 cloves Garlic, Minced
1 Red Bell Pepper, Diced
1 Green Bell Pepper, Diced
1 tbsp Tomato Paste
3.4 fl oz Soy Milk
1 tbsp Paprika

1 tsp Chili Powder

1 tsp Turmeric

1 tsp Garlic Powder

1 tsp Black Pepper

1 tsp Garam Masala

½ tsp Salt

Cook it step by step

Method

Heat oil in a pan, sauté onion until soft, add garlic and cook until fragrant, then add ground beef and cook until browned.

Stir in tomato paste, soy milk, bell peppers, and seasonings, cook until thickened.

Cut tortillas in half, roll into cones, and secure with toothpicks.

Preheat oven to 375°F, place cones on a baking tray, spray with cooking spray, and bake until crispy.

Fill cones with beef mixture, top with mozzarella, and return to oven until cheese melts.

Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
