• 8 oz Lean Ground Beef
• 1 large Egg
• 1 cup Flour
• 3 tbsp Milk
• 1 tsp Salt
• 1 tbsp Olive Oil

Method

   In a skillet, heat 1 tbsp Olive Oil over medium heat. Add 8 oz Lean Ground Beef and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.

   In a bowl, beat 1 Egg and mix it into the cooked beef. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
