1 piece Italian Sausage
8 oz Somen Noodles
1 piece Tomato
1 clove Garlic Clove
1 piece Green Onion
2 tablespoons Olive Oil
1/2 teaspoon Kosher Salt
1 tablespoon Parsley

Cook it step by step

PREP (10 min ahead): Dice the Tomato, mince the Garlic, and chop the Green Onion and Parsley.

Heat 2 tbsp Olive Oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the crumbled Italian Sausage and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes, breaking it apart with a spatula.

Add minced Garlic to the skillet and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.

Stir in the diced Tomato and cook for another 3-4 minutes until the tomato softens and releases its juices.

Meanwhile, cook the Somen Noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Add the cooked Somen Noodles to the skillet with the sausage mixture. Toss to combine and season with Kosher Salt. Cook for an additional 2 minutes to heat through.

Serve hot, garnished with chopped Green Onion and Parsley.
