1 lb Ground Pork
1 piece Tomatoes
1 piece Green Onions
1 tablespoon Parsley
2 pieces Eggs
1 package Dumpling Wrapper
1/4 cup Soy Sauce
1 tablespoon Sugar
2 teaspoons Sesame Oil

Cook it step by step

Method

In a large skillet, cook 1 lb Ground Pork over medium heat until browned, about 5-7 minutes.

Add diced Tomatoes and cook for another 3-4 minutes, until the tomatoes soften.

Stir in 1/4 cup Soy Sauce and 1 tablespoon Sugar, cooking for 2 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.

Meanwhile, boil water in a separate pot. Cook Dumpling Wrappers according to package instructions, about 3-5 minutes. Drain and set aside.

In the same pot, boil 2 Eggs for 6-7 minutes for soft boiled. Remove and cool in ice water, then peel.

To serve, plate the noodles and top with the pork mixture. Garnish with chopped Green Onions and Parsley. Halve the boiled Eggs and place on top.
