1 bag Dumpling Wrapper or Wonton Wrapper
1 lb Ground Pork
1 medium Size Lotus Root
2 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Dark Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Sesame Oil
½ tsp Salt
2 tbsp Cooking Oil
1 tbsp Sichuan Peppercorn
3 slices Ginger
A Bowl of Hot Water
2 tbsp Soy Sauce For Dipping

1 tbsp Chinese Black Vinegar For Dipping

Cook it step by step

Method

Prepare the filling by mixing ground pork, chopped lotus root, soy sauces, sesame oil, salt, and cooking oil.

Fill dumpling wrappers with the mixture and seal them.

Heat oil in a pan and fry the dumplings until golden brown.

Add sichuan peppercorn, ginger, and hot water to the pan, cover, and steam until cooked through.

Serve with dipping sauce made of soy sauce and Chinese black vinegar.
