- 3g Cream of Tartar
- 3g Baking Soda
- 1g Salt
- 113g Unsalted Butter
- 200g Sugar
- 1 Egg
- 15mL Milk
- 2g Vanilla
- 4g Cinnamon

In a large bowl, mix together butter and 150g of sugar (save the other 50g for later).
