- 1/4 tsp Kosher Salt
- 1 1/2 cups Flour
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 1/4 cup Milk
- 1 Egg
- 2 teaspoons Ube Extract
- 3 tbsp Melted Unsalted Butter
- Unsweetened Coconut Flakes
