What you'll need

2 lb Ground Beef
1/2 Onion
1/4 cup Yogurt
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Paprika
1 tsp Chili Powder
1 tsp Black Pepper
Salt To Taste
4 Roma Tomatoes
Jalapeños
1/2 cup Tahini
1 Lemon
1 Garlic Clove

Water To Thin

1/4 cup Oil

1/4 cup Tomato Paste

2 tbsp Ketchup

1 tsp Cayenne Pepper

1/4 cup Water

4 Pita

Cook it step by step

Method

In a bowl, mix ground beef with grated onion, yogurt, garlic powder, paprika, chili powder, black pepper, and salt.

Form the mixture into patties or a loaf and cook until browned.

Prepare tahini sauce by mixing tahini, lemon juice, grated garlic, yogurt, and thinning with water and salt.

For the red sauce, combine oil, tomato paste, ketchup, cayenne pepper, water, and salt in a pan and heat.

Serve the cooked beef in pita with quartered tomatoes, jalapeños, and sauces.
